The Great Room

The Great Room is ideal for large corporate meetings and fundraising events. Custom draping can divide the space for smaller groups. Move to the covered porches for an outdoor cocktail hour or for casual networking time. The adjacent Lounge, with a striking 30-foot built-in bar, is ideal for breaks or cocktails after the event.   

The Porch

The covered patios can be used for breakout sessions or pre/post-event cocktails. Bistro lights illuminate the beautifully landscaped space.

The Rafters

With an eclectic mix of soaring wood ceilings, exposed block and concrete floors, The Rafters is the ideal setting for a lunch, dinner or cocktail style event. A covered, landscaped courtyard is the ideal space for pre-event networking or for after dinner drinks.

More Than Expected

Meeting venue rentals are available Monday–Thursday between 8am–5pm. Venue rental includes complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite radio, contemporary white lounge furniture [Clayton on the Park], a specified number of dining tables, banquet tables, chairs and bar stools, cocktail tables, accent tables and venue set up.

AV, Wi-Fi & Rentals

We offer basic AV rentals in-house. Wi-Fi access is complimentary. Additional AV may be arranged through one of our preferred partners.


The Clayton on the Park can accommodate 50-250 guests while The Clayton House can accommodate up to 150-700 guests, depending on style of event.

Our catering and bar services offer menus for breakfast, brunch and lunch, snacks and beverages. Custom menus are available.

From the unconventional to more traditional affairs, we can accommodate a range of styles. The Clayton House can accommodate up to 700 people for a cocktail reception and up to 300 people for a seated dinner. The Clayton on the Park can accommodate up to 250 for a cocktail party and 150 for a seated dinner.
