You’ll typically have one event specialist working with you from start to finish. Our specialists are not only event experts, they’re experts in our venues. An on-site coordinator provides attention to venue service throughout your event, especially focusing on your food and bar services and the event timeline.


My husband David and and I got married 2 weeks ago…

The experience could not have been better!

Claire Loeb quarterbacked our event and it was the wedding we only could have dreamed of! She was amazing! She promptly answered questions, arranged for items we needed and made us feel like we had 100% of her attention. She and our phenomenal wedding planner (Sam Glascock with Revel Wedding Co.) were excellent in working with our vendors, and because the Clayton is so well-equipped, we only needed a couple: like the DJ and photographer. A really big thank you with lots of warmth and affection to Claire! Chef Susan’s food is OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS. We never had so much fun eating as when we taste-tested the dishes a couple of months in advance.

We recommend dinner stations as opposed to sit-down, but that’s just our style! Two weeks later we are still getting calls just to tell us how yummy our food was (and they accommodated for Kosher, meat eaters, vegetarians, gluten free, anything we needed!!!) The Clayton also saved us some left-overs which lasted us several days’ worth of lunches into our mini-moon. And it was still amazingly delicious days later!!!!! Peter was also handy with the scotch, and made sure that everyone’s glass was full. David and I had the opportunity to meet the owners of the venue post-wedding, who could not have been more gracious, polite or sincere in their well-wishes.

They made us feel like family more than like guests or clients.

Anyone looking to have a Scottsdale-based event we HIGHLY recommend this venue and this team. It’s the perfect blend of modern, chic in the center of old western, desert oasis. We cannot say enough good things about the venue, the staff, and the owners!
